Where do exchange rates come from?

Public mid-market rates from ExchangeRate-API, refreshed every few hours.

Why are some currencies missing?

The app supports 161 currencies. If something specific is missing, email us.

Does OCR work offline?

Yes — OCR runs entirely on your device. The only network call the app makes is to fetch exchange rates.

How do I get a refund for Pro?

Apple processes refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of purchase.

Where do the charity donations go?

Half of net profits go to causes our users pin most often, donated through Every.org. Monthly transparency reports will be published here.
